What we collect
When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, nationality, profession or skills, years of experience, and your passport validity status. We ask only whether your passport is currently valid — we do not ask for your passport number.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess your eligibility for work opportunities in Armenia, match you with verified employers, and contact you about relevant opportunities and next steps.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by checking the consent box on our intake form before submitting it.
Who we share it with
We share your information with:
- Verified Armenian employers, with your consent, when we are progressing a specific opportunity on your behalf.
- ForwardEmail, our email provider, which processes your submission so it reaches our team.
- Vercel, our website host, which serves this site and receives standard technical request data.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
International data transfer
Because our service providers may operate servers outside your home country, your data may be processed in other regions as part of delivering our service.
Third-party fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts may share your IP address with Google.
How long we keep your data
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
