The law is in transition

Armenia’s work-authorization rules are currently in transition, and that affects everything else on this site. Today, legal work generally runs through an employer-led work permit and an employment-based residence process, with approvals made by employers and the Armenian authorities. Armenia has also enacted a new work-entry visa system, with a transition expected around 1 November 2026 — but the new system only becomes operational once Armenia deploys its new e-visa system, and that rollout date is not yet confirmed. Until then, the current employer-led route described above is what applies in practice.

Because the rules are changing, they can be updated or reinterpreted with little notice, and how they apply can vary by individual situation. Always verify current requirements with official Armenian government sources or a licensed immigration lawyer.

Government fees and our service fees are separate

We keep two kinds of money strictly separate:

  • Government fees are set by the Armenian authorities and paid directly to them — for example, fees connected to permits, residence cards, or visas. We do not set these fees, we do not collect them on the government’s behalf, and we cannot change or waive them.
  • Our service fees are what you pay us, directly, for the help we provide, such as guidance through the process and introductions to employers.

We do not sell invitations, and we do not promise a job, a visa, or a residence outcome — those decisions belong solely to employers and the Armenian authorities.
